The 安全培训选择计划 (STOP) was implemented in 1992. Currently the 内布拉斯加州安全中心 contracts with jurisdictions throughout the state of Nebraska. The 4- hour STOP course is provided to individuals who have been ticketed for committing a minor traffic violation.
